Shaws Fine Meats
These guys have an abottoir of their own in the Borders where local farms produce is butchered. Resulting in iglu having a supplier we can be sure has good food miles and less stressed animals. Also because they deal with the whole beast we can get some very unusual cuts of meat. Nose to tail eating is the way we like it.
